On October 22nd, one of the key investment projects in Zhuji City, Zhejiang Province, the commencement ceremony of the complete reducer production project was held in the Jiefang Lake area of Diankou High tech Zone. The construction project is owned by the parent company Hangzhou Hongtu Metal Manufacturing Co., Ltd., which mainly aims to expand the production capacity of aluminum alloy die-casting and reducer for the company.
It is understood that the project is constructed by the wholly-owned subsidiary Zhejiang Hongtu Transmission Technology Co., Ltd., located in the Xiasihu area of Zhuji Modern Environmental Protection Equipment High tech Zone. The total planned investment is 30 million US dollars (1 US dollar=7.0802 RMB - note in this publication), with a land area of 30 acres and a building area of 30000 square meters. The project is equipped with production equipment such as robots and vertical processing centers. After completion, a production capacity of 400000 complete reducers per year will be formed. After reaching the production capacity, the output value can reach 270 million yuan.
It is reported that Hangzhou Hongtu Metal Manufacturing Co., Ltd. invested 12 million US dollars in June 2018 to register and establish Zhejiang Hongtu Transmission Technology Co., Ltd. It purchased new land to expand and build factories, and signed a project contract to settle in Diankou High tech Zone, Zhuji City in August last year to expand the production capacity of turbine worm gear reducer parts, while also producing planetary gear reducer parts.
Hongtu Transmission is mainly engaged in the production of aluminum alloy die castings such as turbine rods, planetary gearbox bodies, end covers, flanges, and automobiles and medical devices.
Hangzhou Hongtu Metal Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established in March 2007 and is registered in Datangwu New Village, Evolutionary Town, Xiaoshan District. It operates various types of aluminum die castings, engineering machinery and equipment, metal processing and production.
The company has aluminum alloy die-casting, precision machining, powder spraying, shot blasting, deburring workshops, and product testing centers.
